Breyne Act – Ten year warranty

The Breyne Act protects nominee builders or the purchaser of a property to be built or that is under construction against the unfair terms contained in the work contract or the housing development contract.

It also protects the purchasers against the property developer’s risk of insolvency.

Our lawyers specializing in property law help their clients find the best solutions in case of housing development litigation, most particularly by ensuring strict compliance with the Breyne Act.
