Gregory is an expert in devising litigation strategy and he pleads fluently for private and businesses in both French and Dutch thanks to his education in the Rijksuniverstitet in Ghent (RUG).
He regularly advises shareholders and investors, especially when alliance turns into possible litigation, with a view of protecting or negotiating their interests with a practical and solution-driven approach. Gregory is skilled at formulating structures and contractual provisions that protect the interests of both majority and minority shareholders, as the case may be.
He is active in the fields of banking, real estate and promotion and entertains close links with the largest employer’s organizations and trade association in Belgium.
Gregory is also well versed in the litigation in the world of sport. He frequently provides professional legal guidance to athletes, coaches, agents and leagues and represents them when needed before the Court of Arbitration for Sport or domestic sport regulatory authorities. Gregory is himself an arbitrator appointed by the Belgian Hockey League and is customary dealing with EU competitions. He is also a member of the Belgian Inter-federal Olympic Committee where he represents the Arbitration sector.
